The European Christmas recipe exchange continues with these offerings from Rebecca Franklin, About.com's Guide to French Food.

Beef Burgundy Recipe - Rebecca says, "This warming stew, full of herbs and vegetables, is our family's traditional Christmas Eve dinner. Simply put it on to slow cook, do your holiday preparations and, in a few hours, sit down to a delicious, hearty meal."

Pain d'Epices Recipe - Warm spices and an unexpected shot of rich hazelnut flavor give a comforting twist to this classic French gingerbread recipe. It's wonderful accompanied with a steaming mug of coffee or hot chocolate.

If you missed the recipes from Elaine Lemm, About.com's Guide to British & Irish Food, here's my post that featured links to her Christmas Pudding and Christmas Cake recipes.

The recipes from Lisa and Tony Sierra, About.com's Guides to Spanish Food, were featured in a post that linked to their Spanish Christmas Eve menu and Traditional Spanish Christmas Sweets.

On Nov. 21, look for recipes from me, Barbara Rolek, About.com's Guide to Eastern European Food!
