The European Christmas recipe exchange continues with these offerings from me!

Polish Christmas Traditions - Christmas is a magical time in a Polish family. You know the season is in full gear when St. Nicholas Day, Dec. 6, rolls around and good children receive nuts and fruits from Swieto Mikolaj and naughty boys and girls receive a lump of coal. The highlight, even more so than Christmas Day, is the lovely Star Supper or wigilia on Christmas Eve.

Gingerbread Tell-All - Did you know Middle-Age bakers in Torun, Poland, created a special gingerbread bakers guild? Enjoy this gingerbread tell-all with a gallery of pictures, patterns, recipes and the history of this sweet treat.

If you missed the recipes from Elaine Lemm, About.com's Guide to British & Irish Food, here's my post that featured links to her Christmas Pudding and Christmas Cake recipes.

The recipes from Lisa and Tony Sierra, About.com's Guides to Spanish Food, were featured in a post that linked to their Spanish Christmas Eve menu and Traditional Spanish Christmas Sweets.

And recipes for Beef Burgundy and Pain d'Epices from Rebecca Franklin, About.com's Guide to French Food, were featured in this post.

On Nov. 24, look for recipes from Jennifer McGavin, About.com's Guide to German Food!
