How A Shiksa Learned to Cook Jewish Food

I'm a shiksa but I come by my yidene-ness honestly. I grew up in a culturally diverse neighborhood and my mother had an affinity for Jewish food, which she passed on to her three children.

To this day, I'm the best matzoh-ball maker in the family, my brother's rugelach are to die for, and my sister takes top honors for her cheese blintzes.
