It's Gingerbread House Time

This year's addition to my gingerbread house gallery is Santa in his sleigh with two reindeer.

I used a chocolate gingerbread dough recipe for this one that is definitely not for eating. It falls into the category of "structural gingerbread" for building. Read more about How to Make a Gingerbread House.
