After the rigors of Advent fasting -- no meat, eggs, milk, butter, cheese -- Serbs and other Eastern Europeans who follow the Julian calendar get to party hearty with a veritable feast. That usually means roast pork, sarma, cevapcici, to name a few, and lots of glorious Serbian desserts.
