For those who observe meatless Fridays during Lent, stop with the long faces already. Turn to eggs -- an excellent source of protein and allowed by most Christians except, perhaps, Orthodox Christians who abstain from all meat, poultry, fish and their byproducts, including dairy, for the entire Lenten period.
