Eastern Europeans love to hide food in other foods -- consider dumplings, cabbage rolls, roulades and more. Stuffed chicken breasts is another example. This easy meal is stuffed with mushrooms and is baked. Best of all, this offering can go from a party meal to an appetizer, when sliced and skewered, to picnic finger food. That's what I call versatility. If mushrooms aren't your thing, I give alternative stuffing recipes that would go well with this dish.
