Tommy Cvitanovich, Croatian restaurateur and co-owner of Drago's Seafood restaurants in New Orleans and Metairie, La., is the creator of charbroiled oysters, and a better way of preparing them I know not. If you can't manage a trip to Drago's in the near future, try making them at home with Drago's Charbroiled Oysters Recipe. Just remember, these babies pack a garlic punch, so make sure you AND your partner eat them to cancel out any malodorous smooches!
