Looking for a New Appetizer?

Monday April 7, 2008

It's tough to come up with something new to wow your guests. Cheese boards, taco dip, chicken wings. They're getting to be real yawners, don't you think?

Go ethnic next time with Croatian / Serbian "cevapcici." They're garlicky sausages that are a snap to make because they're hand formed. Yep, no casings involved!

Cut the links into bite-sized chunks, spear with a frilled toothpick and serve with "kajmak" or "ajvar." You'll be the host(ess) with the mostest!
