Get out and Play and Still Have a Warm Meal on the Table

Saturday April 26, 2008

Hungarian Beef Goulash ("Marha Gulyas") is one of those versatile one-pot recipes that can be cooked on the stovetop or in a slow cooker. It takes very little watching and in a few hours you have a warm meal.

Goulash is a good choice now that the weather is getting warmer and the heat you want to feel is from the sun, not the oven!

Other stovetop Hungarian dishes include Chicken Paprikash, Pork with Rice and Stuffed Peppers.
