Bajadera chocolates and Bajadera torta.

Definition: Bajadera chocolates are made by the Kras company in Croatia. They consist of a hazelnut-almond nougat filling sandwiched between two layers of chocolate. Many cooks attempt to replicate this treat by making a dessert known as "Bajadera torta."
Pronunciation: bah-yah-DEHR-ah
Examples:
We made a multilayered dessert called "Bajadera torta" that resembles Bajadera chocolates.
