Creamed Beet Barszcz

Definition: Generic Polish term for any sour soup. Common ones are beet barszcz and white barszcz made with "kielbasa"-cooking water and sour cream. Russians call this borscht and other Eastern Europeans refer to it as borsch or barsch.

Examples:
