Definition: Polish for "noodles" and used in the generic sense, as "pasta" is. Kluski can be made with potatoes as in kartoflane kluski, with eggs or without eggs, and come in different shapes and sizes. Soup kluski are similar in width to linguine but thicker and shorter and are made with all-purpose flour, not semolina.
Pronunciation: KLOO-skee
Examples:
I put so many kluski in my soup bowl, there was hardly any room for the broth!
