Across the Food Channel of About.com there is a wealth of talented food writers, cooks and chefs. This Christmas we decided to share our favorite Christmas Cookie recipes with each other and with you.

Here they are -- our collection of Christmas Cookies from around the world.
  • I'll start with my offering first. It just wouldn't be Christmas in Eastern Europe without Kolaczki. These flaky cookies start with a buttery cream cheese dough that's filled with fruit or sweet cheese filling.
