Makes 6 servings of Hungarian Sweet-and-Sour Cabbage Over Noodles

Ingredients:
- 1 recipe Hungarian Sweet-and-Sour Cabbage Soup (see below)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 pound wide egg noodles, cooked
Preparation:
- Pour off 1 cup of broth from Hungarian Sweet-and-Sour Cabbage Soup Recipe into a small bowl. Mix with flour and temper. Pour back into soup, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened, 5-10 minutes.
- Serve on heated plates over warm egg noodles. This can also be made with Creamed Sweet-and-Sour Cabbage Soup Recipe.
