Yield: 6 servings Cabbage & Noodles
- 1 large head cabbage, cored and shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 8 ounces (2 sticks) butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound medium Hungarian egg noodles, cooked
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, saute cabbage and onion in butter until golen brown. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with cooked egg noodles. Adjust seasonings and serve hot.
