Roast Loin of Pork with Stuffing Step By Step

Prepare the roasting pan.

Place the roast in the pan.

Mix together white wine and sour cream and transfer to a small roasting pan in which the pork will just fit. Place the roast, fat side down, into the prepared pan. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
