  • 1 cup cooked long-grain white rice or brown rice or wild rice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (8-ounce) sheet puff pastry, thawed (1/2 of a 1-pound box)
  • 4 (3- or 4-ounce) skinless salmon fillets
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 3 large hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 beaten large egg for sealing and glazing
