Ingredients:
- 2 pounds creamed cottage cheese, undrained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 tablespoons tapioca
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large egg yolks
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine all the cheese filling ingredients. It doesn't have to be perfectly smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.
