2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large beaten egg
1/2 cup water
Place flour in a stand mixer or large bowl. Blend in the salt and add the remaining ingredients. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Remove dough from bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rest 20 minutes.
Note: Packaged wonton wrappers found in the refrigerated section of the supermarket can be used instead of making your own dough. They will be larger than typical for uszka, but the result is good.
