I started my blog in June 2006, it is 4 years old. I try to update it once a month at least, but when it started I was updating it daily.
I also track comments and answer the questions at least once a week.
Why Do You Write About Eastern European Food?
I am Russian myself and I feel passionate about Russian cuisine. When I moved to the U.S., I couldn't find any Russian food stores or restaurants, so eventually I decided to create a resource to help others find them.
Tips and Tricks
- I definitely test all the recipes that I post on my website. Most of them are my family recipes that have been tested out by generations of my ancestors.
