Why Do You Write About Eastern European Food?
Slovak food is absolutely delicious. It is the epitome of simple, whole-some home cooking. Slovak recipes consist of only few basic ingredients, things that people used to grow or raise in the gardens, but the variety of dishes, and tastes, you get out of them is endless.
